The Theosophical Society holds free public meetings in various parts of the UK.
The format is simple, relaxed and informal. Key ideas on a theosophical theme are introduced and the meeting is then open for all to participate. The emphasis is on discussion rather than question and answer, an exploration and sharing of ideas rather than an exposition of dogmas, and offers a chance to reflect on the theoretical philosophy and altruistic values of Theosophy.
